We provide building design and drafting services in the beautiful Margaret River region.

Nikko Design’s objective is to create buildings that are designed to respond directly to the needs of the people who use them, building integrate delicately with the natural landscape, ensuring minimal environmental impact and maximum sustainability. Ecologically, opportunities for natural light, winter solar gain, passive ventilation and cooling are fully explored.

Each design solution is a complex mixture of elements and thoughts that must work together in a cohesive fashion to be successful. In every project we take to account, how building relate to their context in terms of functional, visual and thematically aspects. Critical consideration is given to the project’s specific environmental and historical location, and to the appropriate materials and construction methods of the locality. The end result is not a preconceived idea but a combination of the client’s requirements and desires, the site and the budget.
